The abuse of leave by and employee can cost the employer Millions of Rands in fruitless expenditure and lost productivity. So also any leave granted by the employer that does not follow the specific requirements of the Personell Administration Measures.
The aim of this course is not only give the paticipant a broad overview about the correct procedures that must be followed but it provides clarity if seen in context with all the other policy requirements.
