ABOUT THIS COURSE
The management of School Hostels fall directly under the control of the Principal of the school. However he may appoint a Hostel Superintendent to act on his behalf in the hostel.Senior Housekeeping Supervisor may also be appointed together with other Housekeeping Assistants. Educators working at the school and living in the hostel must be able to avail themselves to assist in looking after the learners in the hostel and also to Prep Duty.
This course is to give Principals and teachers, working within a Hostel environment, a clearer picture of what the expectations are of managing a hostel.
