–Routine vs. creative thinking, mental blocks to creativityand idea generation
–More complex problem-solving techniques (e.g. Delphi technique and force-field analysis revision)
–Working with others to solve problems and generate ideas
–Creative thinking skills and conventional vs. nonconventionalsolutions (include indigenous approach and solutions)
• Creative solutions to business problems; assess these against the reality of the business environment
