Monitor the noise while the children shower. 

• Educator Staff who lives in the hostel to assist the matron but is not responsible for such a duty. However, when asked as a reasonable request to please honor such request. 

Matron to ensure that she is visible. Walking the passages while the learners are showering is advised.

• If a matron feels uncomfortable to do this while the boys are showering, a male staff member to assist.
• However, such a request must be made by the Principal to the male Staff members as part of their commitment to the hostel.

Check that the younger children are getting ready.

• All learners must be fully dressed for breakfast. However, wearing their blazers is optional for breakfast unless it is written into the School Hostel’s Code of Conduct.
