In this section as an introduction to the coginitive development of the child, we will be as an introduction focus on the following 5 aspects of development.

In the next lesson and under the section metacognition, we will explore in brief the four periods of metacognition development, before studying each one in more detail.

As we have seen in each of these lessons, learners who are ADHD are at a definite disadvantage to their non-ADHD counter-parts. Especial related to the concept of metacognition.
